Very good price and good confort. Moreover breakfast is also included.
Bed needed to be replaced as well as the carpet and tv
It was easy to find, staff was very friendly.
The pool was not heated, rooms should have A/Cs turned on before guests arrive so. Musty smell is gone.
Location is the only upside of Holiday Inn at Homestead since our goal was to be near Everglades
It is a dirty place with smell of mold and stained carpets and walls. We found a cockroach in the room. It offers free breakfast, but it is the worst we ever had in a hotel. Stay away from this hotel.
Noise from the band was to loud.
We booked through Booked.net for non smoking with king bed. When we arrived, the clerk told us there was no room with king beds and offered to cancel. He showed us a smoking room with double beds. When we told him we did not like the room, then a king "miraculously" appeared. It was a little better than the first room but definitely not 3 stars. The clerk told us then that we could not cancel any more. It was a bad experience and we had a hard time to sleep. The area seemed shady and we didnt feel safe.
I stayed at a hotel up the street a month ago. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It smelled fresh. The pictures depicted the hotel as it is today. Cleen and inviting.
The photographs on the adds we're nothing like the reality of the hotel today. The pictures must have been taken the day the contractors handed the keys over to the owners.
I feel like I got my money's worth from the 4 days I was there. It was nice having breakfast there every morning. The staff worker at breakfast was phenomenal. She deserves a raise! also, the proximity to Key Largo and Miami and the Everglades is great!
After day 2 our cards did not work due to a mis-entry in the system. Had to go get new cards. I didn't know if that led to this issue, but the last two days, no one made our beds or took out our trash. There was no evidence that anyone came into our room! We made sure the Do Not Disturb sign was removed so there should be no reason for this to happen. It just sucked to come back to the hotel at the end of the day to unmade beds. I let the tip speak for itself.
Thought over-priced for age
Good jumping off point to the Florida Keys. Flew to Miami and stayed here before driving to Key West the next morning.
Beyond awful. Dirty, disgusting. Nightclub with pounding bass open until 5am. Questionable clientele. Nightclub turns into breakfast place at 6am. My husband checked it out and said there is no way that our family is eating in this place. Staff was really, really nice but this place needs the Days Inn swat team immediately. I would think twice about booking another Days Inn. This franchise isn't doing you any favors.
Everything from staff to room was very nice and comfortable!
agood location for everglades, cheap for what it was - comfortable bed. Also we left a bottle of wine in fridge and as we drove back later, stopped to see if it was still there. Amazingly we got it back and staff were helpful on that point.
internet went down and wasnt fixed, we had some urgent work to do so that was the one down side. Breakfast room had no window and wasnt a place where you'd want to spend any time. So it was ok, but there are a lot of other places around I'd try before returning there.
Front desk guy was pleasent and the cleaning person did spay some disinfectant to help get rid of the smell. The room stank; clean but the carpet and drapes were so dirty that we were ready to pay 98 bucks not to stay. This is not even a 1 star property; seriously more like a half star.the place is very old and worn out except for newly sealed parking lot. Located adjoing a creepy bar.
Nothing really; See above.
Clean well maintained property. Breakfast included. Quiet and even towels were folded in flower shapes
I liked the setup the whole organized counter top. Customer service was so amazing.
Did not the mole the sheets was full of dirt on one bed . The shower was not clean good you saw the dirt from the person so i had to clean it my self. Around the toliet at the bottom was nasty.
